  • Personal information pertaining to you may be sent to us as a referral from another health care professional, such as your GP.

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Contact you to set up an initial assessment.

  • Agree to enter into a service agreement, for example to offer you psychological therapy.

  • To comply with a legal obligation, for example the rules set out by the General Medical Council and Secretary of State.

  • We may share information with your GP, if consent is given for us to do so.

We keep records of clients personal information for 7 years in line with professional practice guidelines. After this your data and all electronic communication will be destroyed/erased.
