We offer evidence based therapy tailored to your specific needs and goals.

 

Our core aim is to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable, and able to explore the reasons that have led to you seeking psychological therapy.

We understand that the needs of each person we work with will be different. Clinical Psychologist and Service Director

I am an experienced Specialist Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have worked in the NHS and private psychological services for eight years. I work with adults, young people, and families with a range of emotional difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem and self-confidence, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, relationship difficulties and trauma.

I believe in working with individuals and their families in an open, non-judgmental and collaborative way, in order to create a shared understanding of the difficulties, and support you to achieve your goals and make meaningful changes.

Our work together would begin with a psychological assessment, followed by a personalised therapy plan tailored to each individual. I work in an integrative manner, incorporating skills from a number of different therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

 

My training includes a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsych), Advanced Clinical Skills In Compassion Focused Therapy and, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
